Hilly – Suriname – 14.00 – 16.00
Hilly is from Suriname. She moved to The Netherlands after her mother passed away, when she was 19 years old. Her mother is who taught her how to cook… but Hilly has a trick: to always add a bit of extra sugar! And maybe take a break to enjoy a cigarillo, between a recipe and the other.
