At Gascoland, cooks from very different cultural backgrounds show traditional techniques of baking bread on biogas produced on location from surplus bread. The BreadDigester kitchen offer delicious preserved foods to accompany the biogas bread.
Danawid – Eritrea – 12.00 – 14.00
Danawid is the mother of two little girls and an expert in the coffee ceremony, a daily ritual of making, serving and drinking coffee together in Eritrea and Ethiopia. The recipes she will be cooking are popular dishes from her home country that she learnt from her mother when she was nine years old.
