At Gascoland, cooks from very different cultural backgrounds show traditional techniques of baking bread on biogas produced on location from surplus bread. The BreadDigester kitchen offer delicious preserved foods to accompany the biogas bread.

Ferdousi is from Pakistan but enjoys cooking Indian food, which is slightly different but people in The Netherlands appreciate more. She is the “Pearl of Amsterdam Oost” and one of the queens of Zina’s kitchen.
